Cancelation Policy

As these immersive events with limited seats require extensive planning on many different levels, from hiring the artist, organzing the wines, food, glasses, decorations and of course the wonderful locations, we presuppose the following cancelation policy:

• When the cancelation is made 7 days prior to the event, there is a choice between a full refund or a coupon (valued at the ticket price you’ve purchased), usable for any future events on this page.

• If the cancelation is made between 7 days and 72 hours prior to the event, you are going to receive a coupon (valued at the ticket price you’ve purchased) usable for any future events on this page.

• Cancelations made within 72 hours of the event are only refunded, if we find a replacement.

• There’s always the option to transfer your tickets to your friends, family, pets or even your fiercest enemies.
